Best way of sprouting for aeroponics

What is the best way of sprouting seeds in order to later put them in an aeroponics-system? It's important that the transfer process goes smoothly right?

This is a tricky question and there seems to be many different ways. First of all I'm not sure how common it actually is to grow in an aeroponics systems right from a seed. I think most people might insert cuttings to the aeroponics cloner.

Anyway, one of the most common methods seems to be first germinating the seed under wet household paper towels and then carefully insert the sprouts inside neoprene collars. The neoprene collars are then placed in the netted pots and inserted to the cloning system.
